How do I rent?

1. Email the completed Facility Rental Application to Andrew Bitta, abitta@libertyville.com. For questions, please call 847-362-4147. 
2. During the summer, no rentals of the Adler Lodge (until mid August), Crawford House (until end of July) and Adler Park small and large pavilions (Monday-Friday) due to scheduled programs. 
3. Payment due at time of confirmation. 
4. A permit will be emailed upon payment. Please bring the permit to your reservation date.

What is the cancellation policy?

1. Please allow for 3 business days prior to canceling a rental. Email to abitta@libertyville.com.

Usage Priority: The Village of Libertyville partners with Libertyville Schools, Libertyville Little League, Libertyville Girls Softball and Libertyville Wildcats. These organization receive first priority with field usage. If space is available after their usage needs, Village of Libertyville residents, then non-residents can submit for usage. We reserve the right to deny any requests in direct conflict with Libertyville programming. Certificate of Insurance naming the Village of Libertyville as additionally insured required for businesses and organizations.

Tennis Courts:  Please check the schedule posted on the brown building directly south of the courts from March to November. Courts are open for play 8 am - dusk. Tennis rules!

Pickleball Courts: Open play only, no reservations to maximize the courts use. The following courts are open for play 8 am - dusk. Pickleball rules!
