Adler Summer Day Camp 2022
The 2022 Summer Day Camp program will adhere to any COVID-19 restrictions that apply. The guidelines and restrictions are very fluid and the following activity restrictions may change at any given time. Any changes will be communicated prior to implementation.
The Best Summer Memories are Made at Libertyville’s Adler Summer Day Camp
Libertyville’s Adler Summer Day Camp is back for a summer filled with fun, sun and friendships while keeping safety in mind! Each week will have a unique theme where campers will fill their day with swimming, sports, crafts, and a weekly onsite fieldtrip or special event. Camp will be held at Adler Park Large Pavilion/Lodge.
Our friendly and trained staff will be there to provide an exciting and safe camp experience. As COVID-19 regulations change, we will provide updates to our program offerings to keep you informed when the changes pertain to the summer camp program.

|Playgrounds||YES||Campers will have the opportunity to enjoy playgrounds on a daily basis. Groups of campers will likely rotate through playground time and campers will wash/disinfect their hands before and after using the equipment. The playgrounds will remain open to the public. When possible, camp will use the playground during slow times.|
|Day Camp Swim Lessons||YES||Swim lessons at the aquatic center are being offered before camp hours this year. Campers who
register for Day Camp Swim Lessons will be checked in at the aquatic center and then walked to camp with
staff at the end of their lesson.
|Field Trips / Special Events||YES||Each week we will bring entertainers on-site for field trips that follow the weekly camp themes or a Special Event following the weekly theme|
|Swimming Full Day Camp ONLY||YES||Camp will include recreational swim time at the aquatic center three times per week from 10:00 – 10:45 am. As guidelines evolve for swimming pool capacity, our team will continue to work to find additional swim time for the children in the camp program|
|Masks at Camp||HIGHLY ENCOURAGED||The program will adhere to current mask mandates and guidelines. At this time, masks will be highly recommended This is especially when physical distancing is not possible.|
What to Bring:
- A BIG sack lunch
- Water bottle
- Swimsuit & towel
- Bug repellent
- Please put your child's name on EVERYTHING.
- Bring a pair of old shoes or water shoes for water play.
