Dance Medley: A style of movement that has incorporated tap, ballet, hip hop and jazz. Leotards, tights, and shoes (tap & ballet).   

Hip Hop: This popular dance derived from street dance is a highly expressive rhythmic form set to popular contemporary music. Leotards, tights, black jazz shoes, bike shorts or jazz pants.                                                                                                                      

Lyrical/Contemporary: Lyrical/Contemporary dance is a style that merges ballet and jazz and is usually performed to current music with expression. This is an emotional style of dance that enables the dancer to tell a story through movement.

Jazz: Experience this popular form of expression energized by rhythmic movement. Leotards, tights, black jazz shoes.

Tap: A form of dance in which the rhythm is sounded out by clicking the taps on the heels and toes of a dancer's shoes. Leotards, tights and black tap shoes.

Ballet: A formal style of movement that has established terminology and sets of exercises incorporated into barre and center work. Leotard, tights, and ballet shoes. 

Hip Hop PomsThis class is fun and energetic mix of half hip hop and half poms. The poms section will focus on arm placement and form, pom/cheer entrances and exits, cheers and beginning stunts. We will work on rhythms, counting the music and choreographing.
